His practical, problem-solving approach has helped Able Basement and Structural Solutions build a strong reputation throughout Central Ohio for quality workmanship and dependable solutions. David remains actively involved in the business and brings years of field experience to both residential and commercial projects.

Office Manager/Co-ordinator
Lexy helps keep day-to-day operations at Able Basement and Structural Solutions running smoothly. As office manager and Coordinator, she assists customers from their first call through scheduling and communication with our team. Lexy helps coordinate appointments, answers customers questions, and keeps projects organized so our residential and commercial customers throughout Central Ohio receive attentive, dependable service from start to finish.
CAROL NEIDERHISER
Marketing
Carol leads marketing and community outreach for Able Basement and Structural Solutions, managing the company's website, social media, digital marketing and online presence. She works to provide homeowners, property owners, and businesses throughout Central Ohio with clear, helpful information about foundation repair, structural solutions, basement waterproofing, and other services offered by Able. Carol also helps strengthen the company's connection with the local community and ensures customers can easily find accurate information about the services they need.
